Hotel Durante is located in a quiet, residential area in Milan close to Piazzale Loreto and only a few minutes to Fiera di Milano, Piazza Duomo and Central Station by subway.
Most of the rooms have a private bathroom, and all the rooms have direct telephone and satellite TV.
The hotel also has a small garden for guests' enjoyment. You can find the garden in between the two buildings. If you stay in rooms 8-11 you can pass the garden. You can eat and chat there.

Cancellation Policy:
The reservation can be cancelled 7 days before check-in. For latter cancellation the first day value within 7 days will be charged by your credit card. In case no show the full booking value will be charged on your credit card. We do not accept any cancellation or change of reservation by a telephone call.

Car parking nearby, the cost is 15 euros per day

Directions

Milan fair, the Cathedral (Piazza Duomo) and Central railway station are all only a few minutes away by subway.
The following subway stations are only a few minutes walk away: Line 1, the red line (Pasteur) and line 2, the red-green line (Piazzale Loreto). It is easy to reach the Hotel from Milan Tangenziale Est (exit via Palmanova).

There are 5 ways to reach the hotel from Central Railway Station:

1° take subway green line to Piazzale Loreto (2 stops),then take n.55 bus (bus station at the corner with Viale Andrea Doria) to Piazza Durante.
2° it will take 20 minutes to walk from Railway Station (along Viale Andrea Doria, passing Piazzale Loreto, then Via Costa) to Piazza Durante.
3° Taxi costs 7 euro.
4° take tram n.33 from Central Railway Station to Viale LOMBARDIA (at the corner with via Porpora), then walk 150 meters to Piazza Durante.
5° take subway green line to Piazzale Loreto(2 stops),then change red line 1 stop to Pasteur, then walk along Via Transiti about 6 minutes (150M) to Piazza Durante.
